andreaskaas 2020 is gonna be the year of my comeback - finally! After being away from the thing I love the most for almost a year, I’m at the last stretch before I can be back on stage. So many months of rehabilitation, both mentally & physically, and I feel stronger than ever. Now is the time to be smart and not overdo it and ease back into the studio. andreaskaas Hey guys! As many of you may know, getting back from an injury is challenging. It’s both exciting and terrifying. I’ve been going through many weeks of feeling great and on my way back, and the past week have had some challenges. I’m recovering - but slowly! It’s a tedious process, but I get to learn more about myself every day - mentally and physically. Thanks for all of your messages and support here on insta, it really is heartwarming. I started doing barre a couple of weeks ago and almost did a full one today. Totally forgot how much stamina is needed for something so “simple” as a warm up plié🤪 yikes! We walked Paris thin in the four days we were there, and I’ve pretty much been asleep for a week after, bc my body is just not used to walking that much after doing minimum of walking since February! I love to have the time in summer to go on a lot of last minute travels all around Europe with friends. I still have quite a few places to go the next month, but for now, I’m gonna have some days here at home to exercise and get back in some kind of shape! I’ve been wanting to keep you all “in the loop”, but I’ve been dealing with an injury that I just needed some time to process. I haven’t been dancing for a little over three months now, and not being able to do what I love the most, have been a little difficult at times to accept. 2019 have been off to a shaky start, but I’m sure it’ll all turn around pretty soon!
