angelasarafyan I’ve been shooting with @michaelseantighe for a very long time, for almost 20 years. Over the years, our friendship was built on coffee and conversation and he would always have his @sony camera that he’d take out at some point and capture that moment in time. But what you see here, this foto, is inspired by @my71mag Suggesting for the first time we shoot some photos for a magazine. You see, it was always for us; the photos ... and so we went on a journey... of 4 to 5 different shoots, all different light, a different world each time, we didn’t know what would happen. I don’t know how he would use a simple office light, and some fabric and create an entire world with just aiming the light a particular way. I am grateful to you Michael Tighe, beyond words, and Honored to be on your cover @my71mag ❤️
angelasarafyan “Velvet,” one of the first shorts I did. With a truly special group of folks I am delighted to call friends. Ones I feel grateful to know and continue to cherish collaborating with. @peterglanz@oneiglesias@wulfee
Hot days in Miami.
@one_iglesias took this in between takes.
angelasarafyan In the last few weeks I have been working alongside some amazing ladies to help protect our home. Los Angeles is my home and because of the pandemic the flavor and authenticity of my city is disappearing. What makes our neighborhood ours is the community that built it and we are here to try and help protect it! We’ve created @plated.losangeles to preserve the cultural institutions/restaurants that make up L.A. for the next generation!

angelasarafyan Please reach out to your Senators and Representatives and Vote yes on Amendment #330 . It is imperative that our country does not help provide military aid to Azerbaijan.
An ongoing fight, Armenia, this small but important people/country have encountered time and again.
I hope for a peaceful resolution. #supportarmenia 🇦🇲

angelasarafyan “ . . . and though the future is lines with unknowns, I hope it is also lined with hope...” (a little thought before bed) 🌙
For whatever sorrow finds you
may joy find you, too.
And though the future is
lines with unknowns,
I hope it is also lined with hope.
Many you find small reminders of peace
right here in the chaos of things.
For I cannot tell you
what will happen
but things will be different,
in the morning
when the sunlight pours in,
and will feel warmth
on your skin
that reminds you:
the times you have felt lost,
you are free
to start again.
May you always slow down
when joy shows up
in unexpected places. 🖤
