Many people would happily change place with you. In fact, many people in this world don’t even experience the luxury of boredom. Because that is what boredom is, a highly luxurious state of being. Why, you might wonder. If you feel bored it means that you are probably entitled a fairly easy and comfortable life or situation. It means that you don’t have to fight for all the good things that you even might take for granted. Maybe that even means your life was a little bit too comfortable to start with? If that is the case, this is a good occasion to start appreciate and show gratitude for all the good things in your life, big or small. Your work, your family, your health and so on... You might not be able to control all the things happening in your life, but you can still decide how you will respond to it. Of course I can find a thousands reasons to complain but I can also find a million reasons to be grateful. Instead of focusing on the clutter in the background on my picture, I can be happy for the fact that I have a home. Maybe you can do the same Thank you for your time. angelikahedenstrom Hello world. Long time no seen from the inside of Instagram. Life has been twisted the last couple of months, and we have new challenges ahead. After a turbulent time including the loss of my father my focus is now cleaning up my life. It also feels extra important to establishing good, healthy habits right now. Cleaning and washing with care describes pretty good both my mental and physical mantra at the moment. Trying my new laundry capsules might have triggered some sort of temporary OCD, but so far that seems to be my most practical flaw and for quarantine I can’t imagine anything more suitable! Regarding the Covid-19 I do my best to stay conscious and careful, not only for myself but mostly to my surroundings. I think we all have a responsibility to get through major crisis. It might be helping the elderly neighbor to get their medicine, (not voting for Trump), taking care of your own contamination responsibility or putting pressure on the politicians to act. Remember: we can all do something, and it always starts with you.
