If you had spent the past year as you once wanted with healthy habits, clean nutrition, sports and in the long-awaited form that you really deserve ❤️

But this time we will help you and together, in small steps from day to day, we will do something new that will bring you closer to your cherished goal 🎯

What is the essence of the challenge? 🤔
⁃ Every day we will provide you with tasks to complete, concerning nutrition, good habits, sports.

⁃ 21 days, because this is exactly how long it takes for the body and the brain to get used to something new and organize a habit out of it.

⁃ At the end of the challenge, we will choose the winner who will follow all the rules and show the best result. Which prize will you help us choose (something from branded clothing or cosmetics).

So the rules:
1. 21 days you complete tasks.
2. Submit a confirmation story.
3. Tag me and my mentor and use the hashtag # challenоgebyantonina.
4. Tag a friend in the comments who might be interested in it
5. Before you start, you take measurements (chest, waist, hips), fix the weight (photo) and take photos, in an open swimsuit, in full growth (face, in profile and from the back).
6.Send data and photos to us on the first and last day of the challenge.
