When I say that I am speaking from a place of going through the hard seasons with my health specifically & amazing new beginnings (that I’ll share another time). ❤️

Two years ago I shared some of my intense health stuff I was going through and it took 2 years of seeing over 50 doctors to figure it out. And I’ll share images + my story when I am ready! But the biggest lessons I got out of it were:

1. Your health is/should be number one.
2. Put yourself first, seriously.
3. Don’t ever give up. Be relentless in all areas of your life, especially when your gut is telling you one thing.
4. Do your research. Don’t underestimate the power of researching and learning. Don’t let someone tell you to take the quick fix (prescriptions etc.)
5. Do WHAT really makes you happy. Stop waiting for others to do it with you, or the perfect time.
6. This too shall pass. This was big for me. My entire body was covered with skin lesions and I had no idea what was happening, and NOBODY knew.
7. IMPERFECTION is beautiful. Again, my whole body was covered screaming at me to LISTEN. (I still get marks in the sun and from foods, and scars)
8. YOU GOT THIS. You can handle anything, and be content in ANY circumstance, if you train your mind, heal what’s going on. It’s not going to be easy, and it’s not going to be perfect, but you will get through it! 💖
9. EAT HEALTHY & KEEP MOVING, even if you can’t do what you’d prefer. Find something new to move your body... movement is medicine.
10. LOVE YOURSELF, ALWAYS. & work on YOU. For me, God was my strength and I leaned all in. Healing, loving, and speaking so kind to myself!
