A 4 months progress from 200Lb to 250Lb when not all days were perfect form, or I couldn’t do it cuz my mind just played against me. Lessons for y’all: 1- The only way to do the thing is the right way, 2- heavy weight won’t make u fat/bulky/manly etc etc .. 3- everything in life comes from HARD WORK, and must be done by YOU. 4- you must LEARN proper technique cuz the little details the little things aren’t little specially in terms of lift REAL HEAVY WEIGTHS, so you better hire a good trainer like me. 5- never underestimate a woman when she said she’s doing something cuz she’s gonna f*ckn do it!!!!!
