lewishamilton The senseless killing in Nigeria has got to stop.
My heart breaks to see innocent lives taken at the hands of police brutality.
I am sending strength and solidarity to all those brave enough to stand up for justice and take to the streets to protest.
Know that you are not fighting alone and that we stand alongside you in this time of tragedy.
The time to #EndSARS is now.

lewishamilton We had a tyre blow out on the motorway and had to stop at the station. Took a minute to change the wheel but once done, I was back on the road in my EQC. It’s the best not having to refuel
lewishamilton I’ve been training myself for the past few years now. It’s been such a challenge, sometimes not the greatest but I like having to find that self motivation. I have days where I really can’t be bothered, that’s natural. With Covid, I’ve been on and off. I’ve gone two weeks without training sometimes and felt horrible both mentally and physically. But I’ve been on it recently and I can tell you, even just doing press-ups and sit ups out of bed in the morning, can make such a difference to the body and mind. The mindset is the key, working out helps me stay positive, gets me through whatever it is I’m thinking in that moment. Work it out, work through it💪🏾 If you’re thinking about it, just do it and don’t wait or delay it. Let’s go🙌🏾 #veganlife
lewishamilton This is Roscoe, I’ve had him for 8 years now. He loves to travel, he loves sticks, loves basketball and football. He ate normal dog food all of his life, as well as food with meat in it. His breathing has always been bad, which meant he was never able to walk very far and his joints would hurt. He also had skin allergies. 3 months ago, I decided to transition him to a vegan diet. It has changed his life. He now doesn’t have any breathing issues, his throat is no longer restricted, and he doesn’t overheat like he did before and he loves to run. He also has no allergy issues. He’s like a puppy again! It’s been amazing to see these changes in Roscoe and I’m so grateful to be able to share this. That said, I always recommend consulting with your vet before making any changes to your pet’s diet to ensure their nutritional needs are being met – which is the most important thing
