It's quite amazing how you can get such a good leg workout with such minimal equipment.
6 exercises that for sure will give your legs something they will never forget.
Observe that today we are working with seconds, and not reps.
You can do this as a routine or a circuit (4x)
Remember to keep the resting in between sets to 20 seconds or less.

There will always be something we are not happy with, and no matter what anyone else says, we will only focus on the flaws.
Trying to reach happiness and success by trying to be someone else than yourself is almost impossible.
If you are focused on a goal like that, then it's not a realistic goal. It's a destructive and unhealthy goal.
Don't ever try to be whoever you are aiming for to become if it's someone else than yourself.
Role models are good to have if they are kind and inspirational, and can help you on the way to reach that goal.
But you better work on your mindset and accept that person in the mirror.
The best medicine for regaining motivation is not any pill. It's called discipline and it's not bought over the counter.
With some discipline you can change.
And when you see changes, the motivation comes with it.
For most, it's that initial discipline that is so difficult.
But how do I do it you may ask, and well, just do it. That is what discipline means.
It may sound corny, but whenever your discipline turns into motivation, you can call yourself your own superhero because that is exactly what you have achieved.
Do you remember when you had your last dose of spontanious happiness just showing up?
When you work on yourself, that is more likely to happen.
And the more you work on yourself, the more frequently it will happen.
The best thing you can do is to be the best version of yourself.
That should be your goal... and stick to it👏🏻

With this 2nd opportunity that God has given us, the story of our lives has changed... The worries we had are something very insignificant, the stress is not worth it... We also realized that we are very fortunate to have each other.
I am so grateful to God for making me understand so many things, and I am still learning and evolving, but above all for having given health to my family. That is so priceless to me right now.
When there is health and the family united, I realize that I have everything. I did not want anything else: I do not care about gifts, I do not care about the material things, I only asked God to give me health for the people around me and for all those who are battling a disease.
With @jimmy_lewin we are still waiting for the next step, a “heart scan”, and depending on what that CT-scan says, his heart surgery should take place in January.
His liver and kidneys are now back to normal now as if nothing has happened🙏🏻🥰
